I'm taking it!

Alright! I'm taking my test on Friday!! August 7th! I picked 7 b/c that's God's favorite number. I'm very nervous, my stomach it turning now! I think that I will do well, things are pretty much self explanitory! yay! I have a lot riding on this so there is going to be a lot of focus!!! And I pray that I find the place ok!

I'm taking my cosmetology test this friday! I pray to god that it goes well! :) I have a lot ridding on this!

Things are getting really good! I'm so happy! I was down a little for a while but there is good news. Apparently since I signed up for my cosmo test, I'm able to apply for a stylist position at a job! So that's exactly what I did on Tuesday, and the same night, I got a call from Great Clips in Lake Zurich asking for an interview. Of coarse I jumped to the opportunity. So on Monday I have an interview at 2, I'm so excited. My mom said that she has a feeling that I'm going to get it! And Dorothy, mom's co-worker said that she has a feeling that I'm going to do a good job at hair! So yay! It's was looking depressing for a while, I didn't want to be the person that was living in the garage for the rest of my life, I've already bee there all month, that has been killing me! But now, once I get this job, I can get a new ipod, pay my bad back the money he gave me for the test, and start living! yay! Wish me luck!

Turning Over A New Leaf!

Life has been so crazy for me now. I graduated from beauty school about a month ago! I'm happy about that because I graduated on time, unlike the rest of my peers! But the problem started when I was looking for a job. I don't if it its the economy, or just what I'm putting on my apps, but I am unable to find one. I have applied at every fast food restaurant, every place at the mall and have found nothing. KFC did call me back, but that's only b/c my friend did put in a good word, and that's fine, but the manager is only giving me 12 hours to start! And to me, that's nothing. I took the job anyway b.c. I cant complain! But there is good news! I finally got the transcript that I needed in order to find a salon job, and today I'm going salon shopping, I think I will have better luck doing that! yay! So yes, I am turning over a new leaf, and I'm so excited for what's going to happen! Wish me luck!
